• Products may not be returned under any conditions unless given an RN#. Any unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
• The product must be not modified or damaged and repacked in its original packaging.
• Rejected or refused packages, wrong shipping address or ordering the wrong item will not qualify for a return claim. Customer is responsible for the return item shipping fee and we will charge 10% restocking fee on return merchandise.
• The products must be shipped back to Turbo Metal Online Store within 20 days from the date in which the order was delivered.
